After the praise (and the odd brickbat), the most frequently aske question asked was "When is the 2009 festival"?
So now you know. No more information on 2009 is available, but it will be - so keep looking in.

In 2006 we produced a book called Arking Back with the aid of the Heritage Lottery Fund. This high quality A4 book which is in full colour with 74 pages
and lots of beautiful photographs, details the first 21 years of Moonraking in Slaithwaite. The book was written and edited by Gill Bond, founder of the Moonraking Festival, and compiled by Karima Ellis, our Master Lantern Maker and instructor.
When the book was produced, we decided that it should be top quality and inexpensive. Our 2006 Heritage Lottery Funding made this possible.
